Our business is not as unambiguous as it might seem: an understanding of the essence of resource -saving technologies creates the need to include a number of extraordinary measures in the production plan, taking into account the complex of the mass participation system. Everyday practice shows that promising planning is an interesting experiment for checking existing financial and administrative conditions.
